Maybe you don't consider how your meal is contributing to oppression. But at Bad With Money, we're here to tell you, it might be! To learn more, we turned to some incredible guests: Malik Yakini is the executive director of the <a href="https://www.dbcfsn.org/">Detroit Black Community Food Security Network</a>, which aims to promote food sovereignty for communities of color in Detroit. <a href="http://www.soulfirefarm.org/meet-the-farmers/">Amani Olugbala</a> is both an alumna and now facilitator of the <a href="http://www.soulfirefarm.org/food-sovereignty-education/black-and-latino-farmers-immersion/">Black and Latinx Farmers Immersion Program</a> at Soul Fire Farm in Upstate New York. And in New York City, Onika Abraham runs <a href="http://www.farmschoolnyc.org/">Farm School NYC</a>, which educates people interested in urban farming.
