CNC-City NewsCasts™: FADD - Friends Against Drinking and Driving Informational Series. These podcasts will focus on the work that the FADD organization does to educate teenagers about the adverse effects and fatal consequences of drinking and driving. Prom and graduation events are the high risk times of the year. Due to the popularity of the iPOD with teenagers, we hope that they will spread the word to their friends to download this critical informational series and replay it for other friends to further promote this education to those that have not had the benefit of participating in the program personally. FADD is saving lives in the high schools that it is able to reach with the live demonstrations. We hope to further that reach with these podcasts and generate the interest that it takes to reach out to others who can help continue these programs in many high schools across the country. FADD, a non-profit organization, was founded in 1989 by Steve Concialdi, a dedicated father and fire captain/paramedic with the Orange County Fire Authority with his own funds and other dedicated friends. Since 1991, FADD has partnered with the Orange County Fire Authority to stage the mock DUI crashes. FADD's successful program has inspired the Every 15 Minute demonstrations in High Schools across the country that began in 1995. FADD stages mock DUI crash scenes, complete with real crashed vehicles that were involved in DUI accidents, and organizes community groups and volunteers from Trauma Intervention Program (TIP), California Highway Patrol (CHP), Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), Mission Hospital, Orange County Sheriff's Department (OCSD), S and K Towing, O'Connor Mortuary, local ambulance and coroner's office, hospital personnel, makeup artists, local high school personnel, and of course the students and parents of participating high schools to complete a one day experience of what it would be like to experience the effects of this type of tragedy. The first podcast video shows the students what local breaking news coverage would be like had it been a real accident. The video also includes drinking and driving statistics for California and the U.S. For more information on FADD, contact Steve Concialdi at: sconci@aol.com or write: 28562 Oso Parkway D-102, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. City NewsCasts: Your Town News On Demand. No Slant. No Bias. Just Facts! City NewsCasts is the first of it's kind to offer city, county and other local governments the ability to broadcast news about their town without the slant, bias, or other agendas of large-scale news bureau corporations. CNC has answered the call of local citizens to get the news that they are immediately affected by and care about most, their hometown news! City NewsCasts operates like the private news bureau of the city and broadcasts both the large and small stories in town, as well as breaking news right from the newsmakers themselves. Our news reporter/producer, Jonathan Chance, has over 15yrs in the broadcast news business and has reported for the major market in Los Angeles, CA, on ABC and CBS radio affiliates like KABC, KNX and KFWB and in San Francisco on KGO. His distinctive voice and style has been recognized by his listeners as the voice to trust for news about threatening disasters, police activities, political issues, tragedies and triumps in their area. Jonathan also creates the original music used in our podcasts. The CNC news director, producers, reporters and staff are dedicated to delivering consistent high quality, professional reports for each town, their stakeholders and everyone around the world that tunes into and subscribes to the podcasts.

I Was A Communist For The FBI was a show that came from the anti-Communist hysteria at a peak in the 1950s, and by the end of 1952 I Was a Communist was scheduled on more than 600 stations. The show was based on the book by Matt Cvetic and purportedly told of his adventures as an undercover operative who joined the Communist Party to spy from within for the FBI. Many of the stories contained double-edged conflicts: Cvetic constantly looked for information, walking a tightrope among suspicious Party officials while unable to reveal his true mission even to his family. Dana Andrews stared as Matthew Cvetic, always closing with these words: "I was a Communist for the FBI. I walk alone." Join us as we experience intrigue, mystery, and drama with each episode of I Was A Communist For The FBI.

The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is a group of conservatives and libertarians interested in the current state of the legal order. It is founded on the principles that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be. This podcast feed contains audio files of Federalist Society panel discussions, debates, addresses, and other events related to law and public policy. Additional audio and video can be found at www.federalistsociety.org/multimedia.
